Long Story Short

We’ve got new digs

  • Business.

With a heavy heart we say farewell to our old home at Presuming Eds as we move back into the heart of the North Laine. This time we’ve upgraded significantly and are pretty chuffed with our new pad. Hidden behind Bond Street in the centre of town we’re in an old warehouse building, complete with all the trimmings you’d expect of a design agency office – wooden floors, exposed beams, custom made cork desks, video games, peg walls, chalk boards, meeting room, balcony, beer fridge, kitchen complete with more coffee making apparatus than is required for a fully functioning coffee shop….

We’ll be sad to miss Eds, or more realistically we’ll miss being above a bar. Beer on draft was a dangerously delicious delight these last few years, though being back in the heart of the city with all the treats of the North Laine on our doorstep is equally riddled with temptation.

We’re bringing our friends from Audio Active along with us. We’ve known the guys for years now, they had the office above us at Eds, and they’re joining us in the significantly bigger space we’re taking on for Long Story Short. These guys do awesome work as a music charity getting young people involved in creating music and providing support to nurture talent in low income areas. If you’re not familiar with their work check them out here.

If you’re in the area and want to pop in and check out the new digs then come on down. We’re now all moved in at 11 Jew Street, Brighton.
